Taking Photos of your Projects

Here are some Tips for taking photos of your projects:

1.  Take your photo during the day and use the natural light from a window rather than using the flash.  Be careful there are no shadows, you want natural light, but not full sun.

2.  If you have a micro function on your camera (this is indicated with a flower) use this function as you can focus in closer to the item.

3.  Don’t get too close as this distorts the photo.  It’s better to take the photo from a little further back and enlarge the image if you have to.

4.  Use your zoom, if you have one, as it slightly blurs the background but allows your focal point to remain clear.
